Event: Automotive Car Launch at Battersea Power Station

Format: Launch of the Audi A1

Responsibilities: Bluefinity Events were contracted by KTS events to work alongside its existing team and their client Audi. The brief was to find an iconic venue and create an event to showcase and launch the new Audi A1. This involved creating a mass driveway of over 200 new cars collected by celebrities and new customers and taken on an iconic route through London taking in the sites. Included research, proposal writing, site management, health & safety, logistics, delegate management and client liaison.
